we sought to create...

An architectural gem in the heart of nature; a sanctuary far-removed from busy urban life. So we crafted The Bear Stand, a luxurious lakeside retreat in the heart of the Haliburton Highlands, 2.5 hours northeast of Toronto.

The Bear Stand is a luxuriously designed space in which to relax and unwind, enjoy the natural environment and spend quality time with family and friends. Over 3,400-square-feet, it beautifully fuses the traditional Canadian cabin experience with the best in contemporary design.

Set on a secluded 99-acre plot surrounded by native Crown Lands, The Bear Stand is very private property offering 1,300-feet of lakeside shoreline and over 5kms of private groomed hiking trails and wetland boardwalks.
